STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
When using Inca Gold in a common retention toilet with a black water holding tank, follow the step-by-step usage instructions listed below. For usage instructions in a recirculating, pit, or vault toilet please see your toilet manufacturer's application suggestions, or contact us directly.

RINSE AND PREPARE HOLDING TANK
Ensure that both toilet and holding tank are emptied and thoroughly rinsed before applying Inca Gold. After rinsing, prep the holding tank by adding roughly 2-3 gallons of fresh water that will allow your Inca Gold to disperse evenly.

ADD PRODUCT
Pour 2 ounces of liquid concentrated Inca Gold directly into your retention toilet. If using the 1 ounce foil powder packs, mix powder with 5 gallons of fresh water before adding to your holding tank as a "precharge". This guarantees that your Inca Gold gets fully dissolved and will work at maximum efficiency.

CONSIDER CONDITIONS
The above stated starting amount of Inca Gold is meant to be used as a general guideline for odor control. Because factors such as actual waste volume, holding tank size, and temperature of your environment can all contribute to needing additional product for adequate odor management, individual experiences may vary. As a standard rule, add 1 extra ounce of liquid concentrate over a 7 day collection period when temperatures are at or above 80°F (27°C), and 2 extra ounces over the same time period when temperatures are at or above 95°F (35°C).
When using the powder "precharge", add a mixture that's 2.5 ounces of powder when temperatures are at or above 80°F (27°C), and 4 ounces when temperatures are at or above 95°F (35°C).

DISPOSAL
Inca Gold is a fully biodegradable product that contains no formaldehyde or other chemicals that might harm and/or be banned at designated black water tank dumping stations. Because of this, you are free to dispose of Inca Gold from your holding tank anywhere that dumping is allowed.

SANITATION
While Inca Gold may be one of the most powerful toilet deodorizers on the market, it is not to be used as a sanitizer. For your safety, please practice hygienic ownership of your portable toilet system. Inca Gold recommends filling your toilet to the top of the bowl with a water mixture that includes 1 quart of bleach, and letting it sit overnight, when emptying and cleaning out your system. This process properly eliminates and kills off dangerous microorganisms that may be living inside.
